YoungMinds - A service for parents and professionals providing information on child and adolescent mental health such as the following: During the Coronavirus pandemic - Coping with an Eating Disorder, OCD, Self-harm. Parents’ helpline (0808 802 5544). Monday to Friday 9:30-4pm


Childline - If you’re worried about the welfare of a child, including if you think they are having suicidal feelings or thoughts at this time there are trained counsellors who can provide help or advice on 0808 800 5000. Children and young people under 19 can also get support on-line or over the phone, 24 hours a day.
